Senior Web Developer
Lead the build and speed of our client sites: Shopify stores, landing pages and funnels for local practices and national brands.
What you'll do
- Lead Shopify theme and section builds (Liquid, Online Store 2.0, JavaScript)
- Ship fixes from our Growth Audits: speed, Core Web Vitals, checkout and lead forms
- Build on WordPress, Webflow and custom stacks when a client needs it
- Own tracking setup and QA with the team (GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad pixels)
- Review code and set standards for the dev team
What you bring
- Deep, hands-on Shopify theme development experience
- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with a focus on performance
- A portfolio of live sites you led
- Clear communication with non-technical clients
Bonus: A/B testing tools, headless Shopify or Shopify app development.

What you'll do
- Build LLM-powered chat and lead-qualification agents (Claude and OpenAI APIs)
- Design prompts, tool use and retrieval over client data
- Connect AI to Shopify, CRMs, Klaviyo and booking tools
- Build internal automations for audits and reporting
- Measure quality, cost and speed, and keep improving them
What you bring
- Production experience building with LLM APIs
- Strong Python or TypeScript
- Solid experience with APIs, webhooks and databases
- Clear thinking about testing, evaluation and safety
