Thank you for choosing 48 Hour Digital. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through www.48hourdigital.com.
48-Hour Delivery Guarantee
All standard audits are guaranteed to be delivered within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the client has submitted all required information and access needed to complete the audit.
If 48 Hour Digital fails to deliver your audit within the 48-hour timeframe due to our delay:
- You will receive a full refund automatically, and
- The completed audit will still be provided at no additional cost.
The 48-hour period begins once:
- Payment is successfully completed, and
- All required business details, URLs, and access (if applicable) have been submitted.
The guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:
- Missing, incomplete, or incorrect client information
- Failure to provide required access or permissions
- Client-requested changes, scope adjustments, or additional services
- Technical issues or delays caused by third-party platforms or systems
Standard Refund Terms
Because our services involve immediate work, analysis, and digital delivery:
- All sales are final once work has begun.
- Refunds are not provided for completed or delivered audits.
- Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with findings, recommendations, or business outcomes.
Marketing results depend on implementation, budget, market conditions, and other external factors that are outside our control.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if work has not yet started.
Once an audit or service is in progress, the order cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of future services.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
